Faithful Biffo was in touch with the following observation.
"As a fellow mucker I hope you can help me compile a list as to why most of the counties in Ireland HATE to see Dublin winning a game of football. Apart from their blatent air of superiority their self praise is appauling. Case in point was the early 'break away' from the band at the beginning of yesterdays match so they could 'pose' in front of The Hill. Its pathetic. Dont get me wrong I do have a smudgen of sympathy and respect for the approx 10,000 genuine and decent Dubs supporters who most likely support grassroots just as much as the 'LADS' but why do we hate to see them win? In actual fact this isn't just because they won the leinster title, because I think they deserved it, but I'd never admit that to a dub! A Faithful Biffo.................

donal coman here,a tipperary die hard hurling fan who took in the leinster final last sunday. the last time i witnessed the dubs was in semple stadium the day maurice fitz kicked that wonder score from the touchline.no matter how much people's backs get up over the dublin fans we all must recognise the sheer passion and noise they produce at games. when you talk of the sixteenth man dublin fans really do prove the point. but one little thing must be remembered by all of them and it is humility! i can understand a slagging of oppisition fans if its being a long running saga of games over a few years,but some of the jibes and comments made to wexford supporters leaving the hogan stand on sunday were uncalled for! lets not forget dublin had wrapped up a four in a row by midway of the second half but still some had to give stick to wexford FOOTBALL supporters in there first final apperarance in donkeys years. they can continue to do it but the likes of mayo and kerry have proved that the mouth shut can be just as effective. best of luck to the dubs even though they will have learned nothing from sunday! they just might not have the chance to gloat the next day!!!
