One of Ireland's sporting icons and former Cork All reland winning captain Sean og O Hailpin is backing moves to formalise relations with the Australians recruiting youngsters here for the Aussie rules game down under.

Sean Og O'Hailpin says the player drain is set to continue as long as players have dreams of fame and fortune but the cork man is warning those who are tempted that adjustment to the game and lifestyle can be difficult.
